On Line Support is Available

We can be virtually at your side by connecting to your computer via the Internet. We show you what to do by inserting notations on your screen OR we can take control and describe what to do while we are doing it for you. You must grant us permission before we can view or take control of your desktop.

Custom Programming

New Vision offers custom database design and programming for the financial industry in addition to our current SEGManager marketing and business development products. Schedule a consultation to discuss your specific requirements for customized software design.

Data Conversion and Import

We will convert and import your current database into SEGManager. If you can produce your database in a spreadsheet format, we can import your data.

Automated Import

This option allows the you to set up a date and time to execute the interface between your core system and SEGManager. Once the setup is completed, the interface will automatically run at the preset dates and times you select until cancelled by the user.

If you are an existing customer, we recommend that you download updates periodically to make sure you always have the latest version.  New Vision releases new updates regularly with new features and enhancements.

How long does it take to start using SEGManager after it is installed?

It depends on whether we import your data. Typically less than 2 hours after we provide on-line training via webinar.

What about security issues?

SEGManager does not store member data i.e., account numbers, individual share and loan balances, etc..  Data imported from your core system consists of aggregate totals of shares and loans for all members of a SEG as a whole.
